• Your company or production name (optional)
• Type of production (optional)
• Shoot dates and budget range (optional)
• The message you send us

We do not use cookies for tracking or analytics. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking tools on this website.

We collect your data solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry about production support in Amsterdam or the Netherlands
• Send you a confirmation that your message has been received
• Follow up on your production project if relevant

We will never use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically, to respond to your direct enquiry — and, where applicable, contract performance when we enter into a working agreement with you.

Your enquiry is received by email and stored securely in our email system. We do not store your data in any public database or CRM system accessible to third parties.

We retain your contact details for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were provided, or as required by Dutch law. If no working relationship develops, we delete your data within 12 months of your initial enquiry.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties, with the following limited exceptions:

• Email service providers used to send and receive messages (e.g. our hosting provider TransIP)
• Booking tools such as YouCanBook.me, if you use our online booking link — please refer to their privacy policy for details

We never transfer your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) without appropriate safeguards.
